    This guide is EVERYTHING! I quickly felt so much better just from following the basic concept. Finally I’ve found something that makes so much sense and FEELS right. I’ve been so confused and frustrated with my diet and health for so long. Eating disorders, constant stress and anxiety, depression, numerous doctor visits, you name it. Nothing has made me feel like I’m on the right track the way this guide does. It’s such a stress reliever. It made me buy the recipe guide too. If you feel like you have tried everything, maybe lost hope, or if you simply want some very useful information I recommend you to buy this guide.

    I’ve read the metabolic healing guide and I absolutely love it. I’ve made some small changes and I feel so much better. I have been following some guidelines from his book for a couple weeks and I feel like I have so much energy! I am prone to having a lot of headaches & migraines and I think using metobolic healing methods have changed that. I haven’t had a migraine in two weeks, which is very unusual. My sleep has been a lot more consistent and I have much more energy when I wake up in the morning. My mood is stabilized and I’m more patient and happy each day. I think everyone can take useful information from this book but if your especially looking to feel better with overall health- this guide is definitely for you!

    I’ve been following the metabolic healing guide for two weeks now and can honestly say that I have more energy than ever before even without caffeine! I realized within the past two weeks how much I had been undereating / binging on the wrong foods. I used to crave processed sugar and feel like I’ve totally changed that by eating more nutrient dense foods. I feel like I haven’t really seen changes in my physical appearance, but internally I have never felt better which I know is a step in the right direction. I still have a long way to go with my relationship towards food, but I have been loving how I feel after each meal. I haven’t experienced my extreme bloat or sluggishness that I used to get. Plus, before your guide, I could eat a full meal and still not feel “satisfied”, however now, I never feel hungry or crave something else after a full meal.
