    Suffering from hormonal acne/hypothyroidism and having an absent menstrual cycle for about a year – Caroline suggested this guide. After only ONE MONTH (I still can’t believe it) my hormonal acne disappeared AND I got my menstrual cycle back. I could not recommend this guide enough. So easy to follow and very effective!

    Let me just start with saying that this was the most well spent $59 (Australian) I have ever spent! To begin, I had been on the pill for 3+ years, and I had tried to come off of the pill on numerous occasions, but every time I did, hello excessive breakouts! I stayed off it and stuck with the breakouts for 6 months just hoping it would go away, but it never did. So I took the easy fix and decided to get back on the pill… after a few months, my skin started to clear up but I still wasn’t happy with the fact that I needed the contraceptive pill to do the job! Until I stumbled across Caroline’s Instagram page.. I contacted Caroline with a simple enquiry as to what guide she thinks would be most suitable. She replied so promptly and her response was so detailed I was in love!!! I hadn’t even paid for anything yet but she was just so incredible and so unbelievably helpful. I then proceeded to purchase this guide, ‘Hormonal Acne’.
    After only 4 days, I was amazed to see that my face had already become less oily. I contacted Caroline with a few questions just to ensure I was getting the most out of her guide, and not to my suprise she responded immediately with detailed answers to all of my questions!
    It has now been a full 3 weeks of following this guide, and I cannnot explain how much my face has cleared. I am literally pimple free! Even my bloating has decreased significantly.

    This guide is so easy to understand and to follow. I cannot recommend this guide enough. It is worth every cent and Caroline is just 10/10 on her own!

    I highly recommend this guide for anyone who thinks they have a hormonal imbalance! I thought I was doing everything I could to balance my hormones but was not seeing the progress I wanted. After emailing with Caroline about the best guide for me, she recommended this one and I saw amazing results in two weeks! And now four weeks later, it is just getting better and better.

    Two weeks in, I noticed that my forehead acne had completely cleared, my anxiety had been amazingly low (pretty much nonexistent!!), and I never felt hungry or deprived at all while following all the meals. Now that it’s about 4 weeks in, the rest of my skin has cleared up so much and my anxiety has remained at an all time low! I got my period only 3 days after I got it last month, which was a huge sign of progress for me. The days/weeks before my period I usually break out and start getting cramps but I didn’t have any of that this time around! My cramps on the first two days of my period was so minor compared to what it usually is.

    If you’re dealing with any of these issues, I think this guide could really help you as well. I know how hard it can be dealing with this, but Caroline is the most helpful with all my questions and the fastest email reponder ever. I’m so glad I decided to reach out to her.

    This guide is amazing!! Highly recommend!

    It’s super easy to follow and I have truly noticed such a huge difference. I was suffering from hormonal acne and irregular cycles after coming off the IUD after about 2 years. After just the first two weeks my cycle was already somewhat back to normal- this is amazing since I had gone almost 2 full years of not having a cycle at all due to hormonal birth control.

    Im currently finishing the fourth week and I still find it so easy to follow, and I’ve notice such a wonderful improvement in my skin. My breakouts are extremely minimal to non existent now (used to have minimum of 4-5 large blemishes).

    All of the recommendations given within this guide are incredibly easy to follow and implement into your real life- plus the guide has so many helpful tips and explains everything so clearly that it lets you to actually understand why you are doing what you are. On top of that, the communication and support given by Caroline is absolutely amazing, I have never encountered someone who is so willing to help, she truly goes above and beyond!

    This guide is amazing and I really cannot say enough good things about it!

    I was on birth control for 12 years and when I came off of it I had the worst facial, back and chest acne. I was so embarrassed to even wear a tank top or wear my hair in a pony. Not only that, I hadn’t had my period for over 6 months after stopping the pill. So after following Carolines account I decided to email her about which guide she would recommend. After she got in touch I immediately purchased this guide and within the first week my skin drastically improved (even with my lack of following the diet/supplement strictly, mainly do to busy schedules and laziness) and within 3 weeks I finally had my first real period!! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend anyone going through the same thing to get this guide! It’s so easy to follow and still allows you to consume delicious food. I’m going to continue to use this regimen and I know it’ll only get better from here 🙂

    I have been following this guide for about a month now and my skin has improved SO much so far. I have tried a million different things for my acne and have never had success until trying this. I’m plant based so I used the vegan suggestions in the plan and I have been able to swap out foods (different forms of protein, fat, etc) for more variety. My cravings and sleep have also improved. So excited to continue 🙂
