1 cup almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp cinnamon (I was super generous with this one, I love cinnamon)
1 tbsp coconut palm sugar (add more if you prefer sweeter)
3 tbsp cashew butter (or nut butter of your choice)
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp almond milk
1. In a large bowl – combine flours, cinnamon and coconut palm sugar.
2. Melt cashew butter and mix well with maple syrup. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and fold into each other, mixing well. The batter will likely be crumbly, so add almond milk 1 tsp at a time if necessary until dough texture.
3. Form batter into small balls, refrigerate for 15 minutes and enjoy!
