Is there one specific diet for everyone?

With so much information (and misinformation) out there, it can be a lot to take in when trying to find a diet that works for you.

I am sure you have heard carbs are bad, fats make you fat and animal products are horrible for you.

The reality is – there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to weight loss, health and nutrition.

Simply put – we are all bio-individuals. Each and every one of us has unique needs. From a hormonal and metabolic stand point – there is truly not one specific diet that everyone can thrive on.

Just because something works for one person, doesn’t mean it will work for the next.

Whether you’re paleo, vegan, keto (or just simply enjoying all food without restriction) – I think it’s important for us to keep our opinions to ourselves when it comes to other people’s eating habits (good leaders just lead by example).

No one wants to feel badly about themselves and no one wants to feel like a failure for doing what works for them.

Our variability in responding to food is so individual. Each and everyone of us needs to find what works best for us through our own trial and error.
