How to Dry Brush

Dry brushing is simply brushing the skin in a particular pattern with a dry brush on dry skin (usually before showering).

It’s so simple to do!

Massage the area in a circular motion with the nubby side to aid in breaking up fat deposits/increase circulation. When using the brush side, you want to brush toward the heart, starting at the feet and hands and brushing toward the chest.

Dry brushing is great for a healthy lymphatic system, cleaning your pores and exfoliating the skin.

Dry brushing can also aid in stubborn cellulite. Of course – this isn’t a cure for cellulite (and you don’t even have to have cellulite to do it), but it can definitely aid in reducing it by promoting improved circulation and lymphatic drainage.
