How can you stay on track while travelling?

I am no different than you. 

When travelling – The flight attendants offer me the same dinner and morning banana bread just like everyone else, which is why I plan ahead so I don’t have to downgrade my nutrition.

While I don’t think you need to be “strict” on vacation – for some reason, many people believe vacation is a time to completely disregard normal eating habits.

On vacation, I personally like to enjoy myself – which means indulging in certain foods I think are worth it, but consistently making the best food choices possible! 

When travelling – Most people have the option to plan ahead, which may mean researching local restaurants before hand or bringing healthier snacks in your carry-on. 

Exercise your decision making muscle and learn that it is okay to say “no” to certain foods and not eat out of pure boredom.

It can be hard at first, but trust me – it gets easier each time and eventually it will just be second nature!
