Green goddess dressing recipe

This dressing is so fresh + versatile. I love drizzling it on salads and vegetables, as well as egg scrambles + meat dishes. You’ll never want to buy a store bought dressing again.

Ingredients:

1 garlic clove

1 avocado

1/3 cup water

1/3 cup raw cashews

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

juice from 1 lemon

1/3 cup avocado oil

1 cup fresh basil leaves

1 cup fresh italian parsley

pink salt + black pepper, to taste

If you prefer a little sweeter, add maple syrup or raw honey to taste.

Add all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth.
