Crispy chocolate chip collagen cookies

What you need:

3/4 cup almond butter

3/4 cup coconut palm sugar

1 scoop collagen

1 egg

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 a @lilys_sweets chocolate bar

How to make them:

Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl, combine almond butter, collagen, coconut sugar, baking soda and egg. Once combined, crush 1/2 a chocolate bar and fold into mixture. Form into 8 balls and place on to baking sheet (and leave room to allow them to spread out). Bake for 10-12 minutes and remove from oven. Once cool, these cookies have the best texture – crispy outsides and soft insides!
