Whether you’re tired, too busy or can’t afford a gym membership – to me, there isn’t really a good excuse to not fit some physical activity into your day (remember, you don’t have to go to the gym to get movement in)
The first step is to identify the real reason behind your excuse.
Why are you avoiding exercise and/or why aren’t you making it a priority?
On some level – it’s likely to avoid feelings of discomfort (maybe you don’t like to sweat, or maybe you don’t like working out in front of other people).
By avoiding the discomfort, it’s actually leading you to a more uncomfortable life in the long term.
Appreciate the incredible opportunity you have to get fit.
Aside from improving your body composition, getting in movement daily can improve your sleep patterns, energy levels, your immune system and your hormones.
Getting in movement daily will raise the overall quality of your life.
