No Bake Protein Bar Recipe

What you’ll need:

2 cups of organic oats (blend into oat flour)
½ cup of protein powder
½ cup of nut butter of choice
3 tablespoons of raw honey
5 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Add in as many chocolate chips and coconut flakes as you’d like.

How to make:

Blend oats into flour and combine with all ingredients (except chocolate chips) until fully mixed into a dough. If you prefer these to be sweeter, you may want to add sugar or sugar substitute of choice into the dough. Once the dough is formed, add chocolate chips and combine. Line a container with parchment paper, press the dough evenly, and refrigerate for an hour to set. Cut into slices and enjoy!
