You likely need to focus on your liver and gut health (which may mean chilling on the coffee and alcohol for a little bit)
The liver is your largest internal organ and it plays a key role in the detoxification processes within the body.
Not only is it a large filter, but it also plays a key role in digestion, as well as the formation of blood and bile.
During digestion, one of the many functions of the liver is to secrete bile into our small intestine in order to lubricate our intestinal walls.
When the liver is sluggish, it’s ability to do it’s job correctly becomes hindered, thus creating inflammation in the intestines (aka intestinal permeability/leaky gut)
When substances from your gut are able to leak into your blood stream, more issues will arise.
Basically, if your liver is not functioning at it’s best – your body will have a hard time remaining balanced.
Body odour is just a symptom.
If you are a bitter body odour, you might also be dealing with:
1. Digestive issues
2. Hormone imbalances
3. Skin conditions
4. High LDL (“bad cholesterol”) and low HDL (“good cholesterol”)
5. Blood sugar fluctuations
If you are experiencing the above, I highly recommend checking out “The Hormone Reboot – Digestive Healing” in the guide section of my website, as it is designed to support the liver and heal the gut.
