Dark chocolate chunk avocado ice cream recipe

Low carb, high fibre and loaded with healthy fats + antioxidants –

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

2 cups full fat coconut milk

1 cup dark chocolate chunks

3/4 cup raw cacao powder

You can also add protein powder or collagen to the recipe for added nutrition!

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients blender (minus the chocolate chunks) until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a container and add in the chocolate chunks.

3. Place the container in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours.
