    This book is great for someone beginning their fitness journey or for someone looking for a fresh outlook on nutrition and exercise. As advertised, Caroline promotes better eating versus restricted eating to improve your health. The best part about this book is it’s goal setting and achieving tips which have helped me more clearly define mine. The exercises are easy to follow, can be done without equipment, and very intense if you want them to be. Definitely worth a read.

    An awesome all around book for improving your health. The book contains easy to follow recipes and workouts that can be fit into a busy lifestyle. There is a great section on what type of foods to try to incorporate into your diet for better overall health. The book is filled with tips and advice on achieving your health goals, which definitely helps when you are just starting out . Overall it was a great read.

    I love this book! It has helped me so much. I’m healthier and stronger. I don’t feel as tired and sluggish! The recipes are delicious and the workouts are awesome! Definitely recommend!
