    Great book! There’s a lot of factors in our daily lives that have an impact on our hormones we’re not aware of. Foods we consume, items we use or daily habits we have might be causing us to have estrogen dominance. With this book i was able to learn what causes estrogen dominance and alter my lifestyle to better balance my hormones.
