    Two weeks into following Caroline’s digestive healing protocol and the improvements I have noticed are incredible. Improved IBS symptoms (minimized bloating, constipation, indigestion), improved sleep quality/ability to stay asleep, glowing skin and my favorite – anxiety relief. Caroline provides you with all the information you need and does an excellent job at including the science behind each piece of advice so you can understand your body on a much deeper level.     Since I first contacted Caroline and purchased this guide, I’ve gotten off birth control and it has been a MAJOR adjustment, to say the least. My body has been adjusting for the past four months since I’ve been off (first time in 8ish years).

    The first month or so I felt pretty normal, but then my cheeks, chin, and neck started breaking out like crazy with cystic acne. I was having horrible mood swings and my digestion and bowels were completely thrown off (sorry, tmi lol). This spiked my anxiety (I tend to get extremely anxious about my health) and slight depression. I was in a dark place and I felt like I’d never get out.

    Then one I read on of Caroline’s posts and looked back through one of the guides I purchased (digestive health) and started drinking Kombucha daily and recently started taking a probiotic.

    Side note: Believe it or not, my health anxiety was so bad, I was scared to eat certain food and even scared to drink Kombucha or take a probiotic for fear of something bad happening. One day my friend bought me some Kombucha from a Health foods store and said “just drink it! It’s gonna help you I promise.”

    Since taking a probiotic and drinking Kombucha, and eating a whole food diet, my skin has improved dramatically, my moods have largely improved (I still have my moments), and my bowels are pretty much back to normal.

    You will not be disappointed if you purchase any of Caroline’s guides, but especially this one if you are dealing with digestive issues. Taking care of yourself is SO SO SO important!

    I purchased Carolines Digestive Healing guide about 4 months ago, and I am so happy I ever did! I first filled out her client form to ensure that the digestive healing guide was the best for me (she was very happy to help me while choosing the guide).

    Prior to starting the guide I was very irregular with going to the washroom, had extreme bloating and stomach pain, especially after eating and was having issues with my skin. The guide came equipped with lots of information on gut health and the digestive system and what could be upsetting it.

    As a vegetarian I immediately realized it was probably all of the processed soy based “fake meat” products I was consuming. I was concerned that by cutting out soy I would not reach my protein goals but the guide reassured me that would be no issue. The guide also has sample meal plans (plant based and meat options), which I suggest to follow religiously for the first few weeks.

    After following her sample meal guide, paying attention to the foods I was eating and the times I was eating them my symptoms cleared up almost immediately. The guide was extremely simple to follow and use, and if I had questions Caroline was happy to answer them.

    All in all, well worth the money spent and I still use it as a reference point. Thankful that I don’t have to deal with the digestive issues I was before starting this guide.

    I purchased this guide early in December and have seen SO MANY changes in my body and with my IBS. Not only have I been improving many of my digestive issues and losing weight, I have a very different relationship and perspective of my body since following the program. I am taking care of it and giving it what it needs by honouring it. Instead of focusing on low self worth and fad diets.

    Everyone keeps asking me what I’m doing because my transformation in the last month has been more than what I’ve done all year. And the amazing part is, its real food and real work, that is sustainable. No magic products! Just learning your body and understanding what it needs.

    Not only is the guide an amazing reference for what to take and eat every day, it gives you information on your gut and how it also affects stress, anxiety and your immune system. I feel much more knowledgeable about my body and it has moved me towards living a more holistic lifestyle in general!

    This guide is truly incredible. For the past year I had cystic acne that would not go away. I have been to the dermatologist so many times and have been put on countless medications. I was planning on going on Acutane, but decided to give this guide a shot in the meantime to see what it could do for my skin, bloating, mood, and energy level. I was scared that cutting out so many things from my diet in the first two weeks would make me feel deprived, but it did not whatsoever. I found some amazing recipes that fit my needs, which took me out of my comfort zone and made me realize that I could find things that I liked just as much as the unhealthier alternative. My body craves healthy fats now instead of refined sugars, and I have been waking up early every morning without any issues. I used to snooze all of my alarms, be extremely bloated after one meal, and be exhausted by 2 pm, but now I feel so much better about myself, and have the energy to do the things I really want to do in my day. I can’t wait to see how I feel after having completed a month with this new lifestyle, as two weeks has already created drastic improvements in my life.

    Here’s my update after two weeks of being on the digestive healing guide and coming off birth control.
    Firstly I no longer wake up in pain from my stomach at all. I don’t get pains throughout the day and bloating has drastically decreased! I was definitely intolerant to dairy. As for the scale there hasn’t been a lot of difference however I have noticed my fat on my hips which I can never lose is decreasing and the muscle on my bum has increased which I’m stoked about.
    My mood is better even my boyfriend has noticed I’m just not as down as I used to be.
    I just feel healthy and that’s something I haven’t felt in a long time so honestly thank you so much.
    I’ve started taking Vitex chasteberry this week so hoping my period comes back!

    First, I knew I was bloated, but oh my goodness, I just didn’t realize to what extent. Non scale victories include more energy (no more 2pm crash), I wake up earlier without battling it out with my snooze button in the morning, I am actually going to the bathroom twice a day (like before) but with no pain. I haven’t experienced a painless trip to the bathroom in almost two years. That alone was worth this guide. I also don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore, and I think that’s thanks to the magnesium.

    I’ve slowly started introducing foods back in this week including quinoa, sweet potatoes, and squash. I’m starting to notice what kind of food my body doesn’t necessarily like. The biggest game changer has been the digestive enzymes –I actually feel a difference between when I do take them and when I don’t.

    As for losing weight, I’ve lost 6lbs so far (in 18 days). I didn’t expect such a drastic drop in such a short amount of time. Introducing intermittent fasting was easier than I thought and I actually find myself having less stomach aches after eating, and feeling full for longer.

    Just wanted to say thanks, and that I’m going to keep at it with the supplements and intermittent fasting.

    Just wanted to say that hubby and I started your plan together on 12th March and so are almost at the 2 week mark. We followed the plan exactly with no cheating (ok maybe near that time of the month I had a little bit more dark chocolate)…but still pretty on point.

    Here’s what we have found:
    – Increase in energy
    – Losing weight around mid section for both of us. I am noticing the spare tire I was carrying, which was not a normal place for me to gain weight, is going down! What is strange is that the scales do not reflect this loss…
    – My pompholyx (eczema) on my right foot, which has been really bad for 2.5 years since changing country (for the 3rd time), is clearing up and not itchy anymore. This in itself is huge because it was so distressing to me and that wasn’t helping my stress levels.
    – I have been doing the plan alongside your 12-week exercise guide and I have been really loving it all.
    – I feel like my body feels lighter
    – Stress levels feel a lot lower
    – I like that now when I look at food I think, what is the nutrition in this rather than oh this is too high in fat or this has too many carbs…
    – We enjoy the fasting days and find on the other days we aren’t getting hungry until later.
    – Normally I get really cranky before my period but this time around there was none of that.
    – Learning the signals of my body and only eating when I am hungry as opposed to all the time and snacking heaps, which is what I was doing prior!
    – We feel that not having sugar has reduced the cravings we had probably due to the higher fat etc in our diet.
    – We have a totally new appreciation for dark chocolate and have tried tasted quite a few 🙂
    – Tried a new bar which we both had a huge reaction to where we both felt poisoned and when we looked at ingredients the main one was glucose fructose syrup and we both felt totally horrible afterwards!

    So an incredible thank you for starting me properly on the journey towards less stress and way better digestion because I have learned so much about my body it is insane!!

    I just wanted to share my update after 2 weeks on Caroline’s Digestive Healing guide.

    Numbers-wise I’m down 5 lbs and 1 inch off my midsection. I don’t feel as bloated/sluggish throughout the day as I did months ago; and although the first 3 days were tough, my energy levels have improved and my mind/body has really adjusted positively to your guide 🙂

    The most significant change I’ve noticed is my sleep. Wow. I had been having trouble sleeping, but after about 3 days I was sleeping through the night! I feel so refreshed every morning!

    I also want to say, DARK CHOCOLATE BARK THINS HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE!!!! 🙂 I definitely have a sweet tooth so this has been a game changer for me. (Be sure to follow Caroline on Instagram as she posts great food/snack content on her stories/feed!)

    I’ll be continuing with the protocols for the next few weeks and can’t wait to feel the difference then 🙂

    In December I was diagnosed with IBS. It was such a difficult time for me physically and mentally since I did not know how to get better. It was taking over my life and giving me anxiety. My digestive system was out of whack and was thinking about taking time off of work until I figured out how to make it better. That day, I stumbled upon your instagram stories with all the comments you were getting about your digestive healing guide. I bought it and read the whole guide that morning! I was so desperate to find something that could help me heal my digestive system that I went to the store right after reading it and bought everything I needed to follow your nutrition plan. I switched my whey protein for pea protein and cut off all dairy and most gluten as well.

    Here I am, 2.5 weeks later and feeling 10000% better!! In all honesty, you have saved my quality of life. I started seeing results within the first few days (no bloating, going to the washroom regularly, no more anxiety and stress).
    Before December, I thought being bloated was normal since I was bloated 24/7… It’s my first time having a healthy and flat stomach 🙂

    Hello caroline! I wanted to update you on my almost 3 weeks on your digestive guide. It was honestly alot easier to follow then I expected! Everything was really clear and detailed. What amazed me the most is how available you are to us. I had so many questions and you anwsered every single one of them so thank you for that!

    Physically I feel amazing! I suffer from IBS so I had to take out the lentils and beans from the diet but everything else went perfectly well. I didn’t suffer any episode of IBS during my time doing the guide and went to the bathroom everyday which for me is a miracle 🤗 I was also really scared of exercising the same way i usually do on your program because the way of eating was so different but things went really well. I felt energized for the whole workout. I also had very little bloating which is something that happens on the regular with me.

    The most important thing of it all is my eating disorder. I had mention to you that I have episodes of bulimia and I havnt had ANY since starting the guide. Its like my anxiety went down. So this for me was the absolute best part.

    I have started bringing back some of the foods that i had to limit or eliminate back and things are going well. Im sticking to the supplements and im very excited to see where it gets me.

    Since day one Caroline has been so helpful! I reached out to Caroline due to the fact that I have been struggling with cystic acne since the age of 14. After being on birth control for years, countless trips to the dermatologist, and money spent on all kinds of “ fix it “ products.. I decided to take matters into my own hands and fix the issue from the inside out!
    I have always had digestive issues but thought my diet was for the most part pretty healthy ( besides the occasional sweets binge haha ) but I found I wasn’t. Caroline’s protocol for diet and her supplement regiment recommended has helped tremendously! I’ve been following this program for about 2 months and I can absolutely see a difference in my digestion, sleep, energy, and SKIN! I know now what triggers my breakouts for the most part. Before starting this program, I was lucky to get 4-5 hours of sleep a night. Now, I am out when I lay down and I sleep the entire night until my alarm goes off! Atleast 7 hours a night.

    The main problems I approached Caroline with before purchasing this guide were depression, anxiety, a lack of sleep and bloating. Like many others since starting the guide I’ve been very impressed! I’ve been struggling for about 5-6 months with issues sleeping, after incorporating her tips thankfully I’m now able to sleep like a baby. I know certain things about the dietary tips look scary but I promise it’s all a lot easier to incorporate then it looks, and it’s really worth the change! Bloating is down, anxiety is down, and overall I’m feeling much better.

    So glad I purchased this guide! I was having major issues with bloating, every single meal, drink…everything was making me extremely bloated. I bought this plan and have been following it for about 3-4 weeks (not strictly) and have still noticed great results. I was super worried about giving up that morning coffee, but it was the easiest step in the process. The apple cider vinegar and supplements suggested have changed me forever and helped my digestion an insane amount, no more extreme bloating when eating and needing a nap…rather feeling comfortable after eating! I’m so excited in what changes I have already seen and know that if I follow the guide more closely (ie. eating habits) the results will continue to be amazing!

    It’s taken me a while to finally get on board and start the digestive healing guide that you recommended for me, but a few weeks ago I finally started it. Just so you know, I started the exercise guide about a week before the digestive healing guide since I was waiting to get the supplements and groceries. For two weeks, I followed the guide pretty strictly and took all the recommended supplements. One thing I was probably not doing according to the guide was the superfood supplement in the AM. I was taking in superfoods, but mistakingly I was using a protein powder that contained a lot of superfoods rather than strictly a superfood blend. I did my best to implement intermittent fasting. I omitted gluten, dairy (especially cow’s milk), soy products, caffeine, and alcohol for the first two weeks.

    Here is what I noticed during those two weeks:

    My sleep cycle became much more regulated; I woke up around 8 am on the dot every morning after the 5th day or so.
    I wake up with ENERGY to start my day… no longer taking nearly 45min-1hr to really wake up
    I constantly felt full. Most days when “snacktime” came around I was minimally hungry but I would take a little something in so that I wasn’t super hungry around dinner and overeat.
    Towards the end of the two weeks I noticed less of a crash around mid day
    Having the supplemental exercise guide really boosted my motivation towards eating healthy.
    I started noticing more definition in my arms and a slight build of muscle.
    All around I felt good about what I was putting into my body and I enjoyed the food.Surprisingly, it wasn’t hard to cut out coffee.. my favorite part of my morning.
    I cut out dairy and gluten as strictly as I possibly could. Gluten was pretty easy — dairy, not so much because cheese is in so man recipes that I love… I also just adore cheese.If i did have cheese, I had goat cheese since I tested positive for a intolerance to cow’s milk. One day when I was in a predicament and had little choice but to have a meal with gluten in it and later that day my stomach seemed very upset because of it.
    Another thing I noticed was that a few hours after eating gluten I would often get very moody. Have you heard of this being a noticeable response? Obviously I could be misreading the situations but its happened consistently about three times when I will go a few days without gluten and then have some and be very moody and not pleasant that evening.
    I decided not to really weigh myself beforehand because I’m not fully focused on losing weight, just wanting to keep healthy.
    My skin was not the best the first week but improved the second week. But due to stress and I’m assuming other factors my skin seems to be within it’s usual cycle of “ok,” “bad,” and “really bad” and hasn’t really gotten out of that too much which I would definitely like to fix.

    Caroline is super helpful and knowledgable. She’s always answered my emails in a very timely manner and seems to do everything she can to help!! I definitely recommend reaching out to her even if you’ve been remotely interested in bettering your health and life! 🙂

    Hello my favorite health and wellness guru.

    I have been following your digestive guide for 2 weeks now and I cant even begin to describe how I feel. For years I have struggled with extreme bloating horrible gas pains on the daily which never made sense to me because I eat a very clean diet. It was always difficult to pin point why I felt the way I did. Your guide has made me become so aware of my hunger cues and truly listening to what my body needs. I have been loving the intermediate fasting!

    Secondly, the quality of my sleep has drastically changed. I am someone who wakes up probably every few hours. After changing my diet and strategically taking all my supplements, I sleep 8 hours without waking up. I cant even remember the last time I slept this good.

    I have been following this guide for 2 weeks and am so happy!! I can not believe how my cravings have totally disappeared! My bloating has gone down too. I’m due to get my period any day now and NO BLOAT! Yay! (Usually I’m really bloated beforehand) I love the food in the protocol because it is simple but delicious!! I am a busy mom and wasn’t sure if I could follow this guide but I had no problems! I put taking care of me on top of my priority list. I am excited to continue this journey of digestive healing.

    Hello Caroline!

    I’ve been using your digestive healing guide for almost 6 weeks. I love it! My skin is clearer than it has been probably my whole adult life! The food plan is pretty easy and I love that green avocado shake for breakfast! It keeps me so full! And I had no idea how good coconut oil was for you to ingest. Thank you!
    If you are on the fence about this guide, JUST DO IT!!! It has changed my quality of life for the better! I am no longer a slave to coffee. I am it’s master and I enjoy an occasional cup. Here and there now. I intentionally enjoy it now! I’ve learned so much from this guide and will only continue to feel better and grow in the knowledge healthy (thriving-because isn’t that health?!) living!

    After following this guide I feel SO different! I’m able to sleep better, wake up earlier and able to feel well rested, my stomach pain is gone, I’m less bloated and am more regular using the restroom. I originally thought two weeks without gluten, dairy and added sugar would be too hard; what I found was that once I my body stopped craving sugar mainly and I got into the routine eating whole foods that fueled my body were more appealing to me. I was able to go eat out and make sensible decisions and not feel like I had to sacrifice anything. My anxiety is gone and even skin has improved! I suffer from keratosis polaris which I typically attributed to getting worse when my skin was drier due to winter but after I did some digging in some cases it may be linked to gluten sensitivities. I even have been able to work intermittent fasting into my lifestyle too and it’s become such an easy routine love the freedom it gives me. My stomach issues are such a rarity now. Following the guide and making it a routine takes commitment but is SO doable! Throughout it all Caroline has been such a wonderful resource to turn to and puts in such quality effort into responding to those who contact her. She’s truly a gem! Many thanks Caroline!!!

    Update after my 2 weeks using the digestive healing guide: I stuck to zero sugar, dairy, caffeine, and gluten. The first few days were easy because I was excited to change my gut health. Then came the caffeine headaches. After pushing through the first week, I noticed tremendous change in bloating. I no longer have pain after eating, my stomach is flat, i feel so light and energetic.. I think I forgot what “normal” felt like. I purchased all supplements recommended and I couldn’t be happier with my progress. I am going to continue this diet and monitor my sugar intake because this has truly changed everything for me.     After months of contemplating whether I should purchase your Hormone Guide, I finally did and I am so happy for doing it.

    I’ve been following it for two weeks now and I could feel changes even after the third day. My biggest issue was my rapid weight gain in the past few years but then the bloating, constipation and heartburn came with it. I hated the way my body felt for the last year and had no hope. Believed I was seriously on the downhill as I’m over 40.

    Now I have NO bloating, NO constipation and NO heartburn. I feel 200% better than I did two weeks ago. My moods are still going up and down, but mostly up nowadays. My weight dropped half a kilo, but that’s okay. I believe if I continue feeding and caring for my body the way I should, it will drop in time. I did not start to exercise yet, but soon will.

    I have had your Digestive Healing Guide for about a month now and would like to follow up with my results.

    So for the first 10 days to two weeks I followed the guide quite closely. I have to say I was more than surprised by how helpful this way of eating worked for me! Really! After about a week I had made a few tweaks, mainly eating a bit less as I felt full so often. I wrote down everything I ate, my moods, my energy level, digestion, and noted how I felt throughout the day. There were a few days of energy/mood/digestion all being at a level 9 out of 10! I felt AMAZING.

    I can honestly say that this is now my “home base” of eating. I love intermittent fasting, and was very glad to have your guide so that I could do it correctly. I definitely don’t feel so controlled by food, and again I was super surprised that I feel completely fine waiting to eat my first meal until usually 10:30 or 11am. Beforehand I would eat immediately after waking up and get super cranky if I had to wait even 45 minutes longer.

    I have had a few weeks following of not eating so closely to the diet. I have cut down greatly on dairy, which helps, but I’ve been a little lax with everything else. Some of this was because of not feeling well due to seasonal allergies and sickness brought home from my child’s preschool. Its too easy to slip! But I have really been eating very well during the day, its dinner time with the family that I have tended to maybe relax a little too much. I have noticed some of the brain fog and irritability coming back after not eating as well.

    I plan to continue to follow the DHG more closely… well pretty much forever! I love it! I love feeling better, having more energy, being more patient and happy with my children and family, and having the energy to practice self-care as well.

    This guide has been a turning point in how I eat and all for the better. I have already recommended it to some friends who are looking for help balancing their hormones and health.

    i know it’s taken me a MINUTE to write a review because i don’t usually care enough to write one, but this is definitely an acception! i couldn’t thank candace enough for being such an inspiration and sharing so much positivity and knowledge. it’s refreshing to know that there are genuine people like her. to begin, i’m 20. i’ve been an athlete nearly my entire life and i never cared what too much for what i ate because my metabolism was crazy and i was just always hungry. well, once i quit sports, my eating habits remained the same and it definitely reflected on my weight. i didn’t gain a significant amount of weight but i was definitely self conscious so i got into health and fitness and had NO clue where to begin with lifting/nutrition. i stumbled for quite a while, followed a number of different exercise guides and nutrition guides and nothing really worked for me. it wasn’t until i found caroline’s digestive healing guide that i actually found something that worked not only for a healthy, balanced lifestyle, but a sustainable one as well! i appreciate how honest and logical all the information caroline shared not only in her guide, but in all of her posts. since following the guide i’ve noticed a major difference in my mood, energy, attitude, bloating, and skin (i’ve always had awful skin and following this guide has made a world of difference for my skin). long story short, i highly recommend going to caroline for help!

    After two really strong antibiotic treatments last year, my body crashed. I’ve eaten healthy and worked out a lot, but i kept having energy crashes after breakfast, a lot of pain in my wrists (like a burning feeling). And it all kept getting worse! My skin got super bad, i lost my period, i got weaker, my sleep went from 8-9 hours to 5-6 hours where I’d wake up probably 10 times each night.

    After two weeks following this guide when it comes to supplements, intermittent fasting usually for 15-16 hours, staying away from the foods she recommend staying away from + eating the recommended delicious breakfast I’ve noticed some changes. Nr 1; the burning feeling in my wrists are gone. Nr2; I don’t get my energy crash after breakfast. Nr 3; i sleep like a baby most nights.

    I’m super excited to keep trying this, and also trying to add things back one by one. Hopefully more good things will happen for my dear body. But as Caroline says; all these problems didn’t occur overnight, meaning they won’t be resolved over night either!     I am absolutely loving this digestive healing plan! I’ll admit I haven’t been 100% to the meal plan BUT have been trying as close as possible and have incorporated the supplements mentioned. I’ve noticed a HUGE change in my bloating. I’m going to follow the meal plan more closely the next few weeks for a greater benefit as I know already from the change this plan is amazing and life changing!

    I bought this guide a couple months ago and have slowly begun incorporating more and more of it into my lifestyle. (If you’re anything like me and get extremely anxious over food, health, or just change in general, I recommend taking your time and integrating one change at a time.) I still do not follow the guide perfectly, but even so I have been completely blown away by the changes that have occured with me. Honestly, at first I didn’t notice much other than bowel regularity and less bloating. It was actually during the weeks that I didn’t follow the plan that I realized how much it had been helping me! First off, ENERGY! I’m not talking about bouncing off the walls kind of energy, but the kind where I’d wake up on time in the morning, work all day and not constantly be checking the clock to see when I could get off and go home for a nap. For me, that is HUGE. I’m a sleepy person. I’ve taken naps religiously my whole life. I even used to schedule my clients around a daily nap because I was so reliant on napping to make it through the day! It has now been MONTHS since I’ve napped during the day and although I am usually tired after work, I still have enough energy left to power me through errands, cooking dinner, and some down time before bed! I LOVE that I can get so much more done in a day now!
    Another huge improvement is my mood! With more energy, I’m naturally less cranky, but I also feel like I have more mental clarity and am much more rational! I have a history of depression and anxiety and honestly I now look back on those years and although they were rough, I really wonder how much my diet was really affecting my ability to cope!
    Another really awesome improvement for me is that my seasonal allergies were not nearly as bad this year as they have been my whole life! I usually take an oral allergy medication daily for my allergies, but this year I have hardly had to take any allergy medication at all. I had been wondering if following the guide was helping my allergies but I had just chalked it up to coincidence, until I saw Caroline recommend this guide for allergies on on of her IG stories. How cool is it that you can heal things like allergies from the inside out?! I am loving getting to spend more time outside this summer without worrying about allergies! 😍

    Tomorrow will make my two week mark on the plan. Overall my stomach feels so much happier. My digestive issues had been building over the last few months, starting with bloating. I began to follow a low fodmap diet which helped but traveling and a weekend of binge drinking really put me over the edge. I was suffering from excessive burping after meals, extreme bloating and constant diarrhea.

    Cutting out gluten and sugar, along with taking my supplements, has been the most effective. Although my excessive bloating after meals hasn’t completely vanished yet, it’s no longer painful. My stools are becoming more regular and the burping is mostly gone. I’ve also lost 5 pounds 🙌🏼

    Just over a month ago I would have never imagined to have felt this healed. I felt hopeless, defeated and as though nothing and no one could help me. I thought I was just going to have to struggle through life with IBS-C.

    After the first week on your plan I experienced results. My body actually had a bowel movement with only the help of vitamins in 5 years – not laxatives, stool softeners etc. I was shook.

    It’s now been a month and I’ve continued to take the vitamins and supplements, interment fast and follow the structure of your meal planning (I’d say I do it 80/20). I’m now at a place where I can be more flexible and still see results. My sugar cravings are far and few between. I used to wake up craving a bowl of sugary oatmeal, thinking it was healthy bc “oatmeal.” Now I wake up craving my eggs + avo combo and feel satiated/ energized for hours.

    I bought this guide to help my digestive issues, but my acne cleared up with it – double win! I never had terrible acne but I did have uncontrollable breakouts. My skin is the best it’s ever been in the last year.

    I started the digestive healing guide about a month ago and my only regret is not starting it sooner. I knew I was going to likely experience some results from the guide, but I never in a million years thought it would be this effective, or work so quickly! When I started this guide I was at an all time low. I felt frustrated, defeated, hopeless. I was suffering with anxiety and depression and I knew my skin was a huge, if not the main trigger. I was experiencing terrible acne that I could not control and infrequent bowel movements. I could rarely eat anything without feeling uncomfortably bloated. I had tried EVERYTHING and I mean, everything! I had seen doctors, specialists, skin specialists, bought products on products, went for numerous skin treatments… but nothing helped me the way Caroline’s DHG did! The acne on my face has improved so much. I have less inflammation and redness. I can look in a mirror and finally recognize myself again. I can look in a mirror without bursting into tears again. But most importantly, I have a BM every day and can tolerate almost any food without feeling bloated (unless I overdo it). The best part about all of this is I have become a lot less irritable and my hope has been restored. I have learnt so much about my body and what it needs and I can’t wait to continue this for a long time to come!

    Before I bought this guide, I already ate very “clean” and healthy, so the nutrition plan was not new or changing for me. BUT the information are still very informative, especially if someone never took their time to really read into health, nutrition, dieting, how the body works,…
    I’m not following the plan 100% but I’m taking probiotics and l-glutamine and I really have to say that they changed my whole well-being! Especially the probiotics help me digest food better and not get bloated. I have a better sleep, feel leaner and healthier. I really see how they work when I don’t take them or when I eat something “unhealthy” or not so easy to digest.
    A bonus to the plan is really that you can write Caroline an e-mail if you have some questions and get answers right away. She’s helping where she can while being friendly and kind. That’s something rare nowadays, because most plans don’t come with that extra help when you’re down/unsure/…
    I’m “just” giving 4 stars because I hoped to get more information about nutrition but maybe it’s just that I already knew tons of stuff about that topic because I’m doing weight training myself for over three years. Still this plan is really really helpful and I wouldn’t want to miss any of it!

    First I want to say that this guide has single handedly changed my life! I am now WAY more aware of how the things I put into my body impact my mood, my skin and my body.
    I felt so much better after just a few days. I had a headache at certain points throughout the first few days (which I know is normal) but really that was the only “negative” thing that my body felt.

    I was more regular with going to the bathroom and (TMI) the consistency was much better. Although, I found that the regularity and consistency occurred after the first week of the DH. My mood increased exponentially and I found that before and during my period I didn’t have as bad of mood swings (if any at all) and I had next to no cramping or breast tenderness which usually happens when I am premenstrual. I found it easy to do the intermittent fasting and drinking ACV as I had been doing that prior. I also found that I wasn’t having a 3/4 PM slump as I usually do. I also loved that I could have chocolate every day! Who wouldn’t?!

    When combined with the exercise guide, I noticed a change in my body and saw it slowly getting more toned (less bloating helped with this). I also noticed that my sleep was more consistent, and I was getting into a deeper sleep on a regular basis and for longer – I track my sleep through my FitBit and saw big changes. I found that the supplements really helped with me seeing and feeling a difference in my body. I noticed way more how my body reacts to certain foods and what upsets my body. Lastly, I really noticed a difference in my skin and how I didn’t break out hormonally like I normally do. Now I notice that when I put “bad food” in my body, my skin reacts as well.

    What really blew me away was how quick Caroline was with responding and she was very encouraging when I sent her emails in panic, confusion or when i was missing my regular foods that I ate.

    There were only a couple drawbacks – I had a hard time fitting in the timing of the supplements (taking milk thistle a half hour before eating) mostly because I am with clients all day (7 hours) for an hour each client with sometimes only 5 minutes between. I have a dinner break at 4, so I found myself having my snack then and scarfing my dinner down in between clients at 6:50PM. This was my biggest challenge. Previously, I tried to eat dinner ay my dinner break at 4:00 PM but then found myself starving and emotionally eating after work around 9:30PM. On the days I work 9-5 instead of 1-9 I didn’t find this to be as difficult. The other thing I had trouble with was eating the same lunch and dinner (basically) every night for 2 weeks. THAT was hard for me because I live for variety.

    I’m about a month into your digestive healing guide, and have been following it almost to a T (with some treats here and there). The first thing I want to say is THANK YOU!! I hesitated getting this guide for a while, but I am so glad I finally did! Within just the first week, I noticed a huuuge increase in energy. I’ve always been aware of what I am eating, but obviously what I did wasnt treating me or my body right. And I am also a coffee lover; I do drink it black. But I did better than I thought, giving it up for a full week before I caved and had one. I remember one day specifically, right after my first meal on a fasting day, I felt like I was high on adrenaline! It was crazy how energetic and on top of it I felt from simply feeding my body when it was actually hungry, and giving it good fats to start the day.

    I never thought I could do the fasting; I am a big breakfast eater and usually feel nauseous without it. It was soo easy to train my body to not only get used to the fasting, but also love the feeling and reap the benefits. I have been fasting Sunday Tuesday and Thursday each week.

    The bloating was the next thing I noticed. I have been struggling with terrible bloating, acid reflux, and irregular BM’s and I honestly just wanted to give up figuring out what was causing it. What your guide has helped me begin doing is portioning a crap ton better, eating whole and real foods, and adding veggies into my breakfast (I’m loving this). It seems so simple, as if it would be common sense to be eating foods that come pretty much straight from the ground. But it’s not as easy to do this as we may wish. But once a habit sticks, it becomes a lifestyle and one that’s very much enjoyable because I mean, who doesn’t love to feel great physically and mentally all of the time. I also have gotten much better at listening to the cues my body gives me about hunger, fullness, or whatever I am feeling I need.

    My sleep has had major benefits from this guide, as well as my overall outlook on health and especially what I’m putting into my body. I love the fermented vegan protein you use from Genuine Health. It has been the only vegan protein that hasnt made me bloat, and I have tried quite a few kinds. And it honestly taste great to me, even just with almond milk.

    I bought this guide a little over a month ago I think after being fed up with all the issues and no answers, and
    although I haven’t fully adjusted to all the eating habits…I avoid caffeine almost every day and eat little to no dairy, and surprisingly cutting out my meat intake has helped a ton! I’m staring to believe we don’t need animal protein to survive. I’ve never had a strict opinion but meat has always been part of my foods…not so much anymore, just occasionally and when I do it is fish. But the supplement guidance has been a huge win for me.     I purchased your digestive healing guide about 3 weeks ago. And has it ever helped, I can’t even believe what a different it has made. My stomach is far less bloated then it has been since I can remember, my energy levels are way up, and I have not had a migraine as well since I started (a surprising bug AMAZING addition). I have also lost 12 pounds! I thought I was eating somewhat healthy previously lol.! Not so much. I have really been focusing on lots of veggies and Whole Foods, and it feels great!
    I let myself have pasta yesterday (can’t say no to my Italian mother in law) and I i felt so sluggish and off after. It’s crazy.     I am almost a month and a half into the digestive healing guide and honestly it has changed my life.

    Having struggled with stomach issues since I was about 12 years old and having no help or guidance of what to do. I came across Caroline and she was so supportive and helpful. The list of positive changes I have had from doing this guide is endless, but yes it IS real. Some of the things so far I have learned or noticed are…
    – more energy
    – less bloated (lets be real, barely ever bloated ever since i started)
    – consistent bowel movements
    – learning my trigger foods
    – little to no acne (have learned that white flour makes me breakout)
    – weight loss (i am already down 2 inches on my waste and have lost size in other parts of my body)
    – CONFIDENCE (i am not self conscious as much anymore cuz i actually feel good and not always bloated, uncomfortable and groggy)
    – increased libido
    – I FEEL NORMAL (i never realized how much my stomach issues have impacted my life)

    It took me awhile to FINALLY buy this guide but I am so happy I did. It is easy to follow and I love all the meals. My digestion is so much better and I’m feeling less bloated, especially in the mornings! Limiting my caffeine has helped so much.     I bought the digestive healing guide just over a month ago and am so happy with how things are going so far. I’ve almost completely eliminated dairy and sugar, reduced my caffeine intake (and when I do drink caffeinated drinks I wait until late morning/early afternoon), and incorporated three fasting days a week. One of the most surprising results I’ve experienced is switching my oatmeal for the egg/avocado combination in the morning. I can’t believe how much better I feel throughout the day just with that small change. I’ve also become obsessed with ACV and have at least one daily (usually in the fasting window before I eat). I’ve always been very aware of eating whole foods with minimal ingredients, and have always avoided processed foods of any kind and so haven’t struggled with having to majorly change anything, but these little tweaks that I’ve learned from Caroline’s guide are having an amazing effect. All in all this guide has been an unbelievable resource in helping me feel the best I’ve ever felt. I would (and often do!) recommend all of the practices Caroline outlines in this guide!
