Ingredients:

½ cup sweet potato puree
1 small avocado
2 whole eggs
3 tbsp organic apple sauce
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda
A pinch of sea salt
As many chocolate chips as you desire!(I use stevia chocolate chips)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Combine all of the ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) until smooth. Once combined, fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin tray with batter. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
