Raw honey has antibacterial properties, which can help speed healing.
Turmeric has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is also a very strong antioxidant.
– 1 Garlic Bulb
– 2 inch piece of Ginger
– 1 Lemon, juice
– 2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey
– A couple dashes of Turmeric powder
Boil 3 cups of water.
Once water has come to a boil, add in garlic and ginger – let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Add the juice from one lemon, 2 tablespoons of raw honey and a couple dashes of turmeric.
It is best served warm!
