Paleo, grain/gluten-free, no sugar added chocolate chip cookie recipe!

Who doesn’t love a healthy cookie recipe?

Recipe:

3/4 cup nut & seed butter

1/2 cup organic stevia

2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 eggs

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup no sugar added dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, add in nut & seed butter, eggs, coconut flour, salt, baking soda, stevia and coconut oil; mix until it comes together.

Gently fold in chocolate chips.

Scoop cookie dough in desired amounts onto a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
