The ingredients:

– 1/2 cup coconut sugar

– 2 tbsp of almond milk

– 3 tbsp of coconut oil

– 2 tbsp of organic cacao powder

– 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract

– 1 cup of gluten-free oats

– A handful of coconut shreds!

Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a saucepan, add in coconut sugar, almond milk, organic cacao powder and coconut oil. Stir until completely melted. Remove from the heat and mix the melted ingredients with oats, shredded coconut, vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Spoon out portions onto baking sheet and sprinkle with more coconut shreds! Put in fridge or freezer for 20 minutes until hardened!
