It’s important to know that your skin is the last organ to receive nutrients, and the first place to show signs of a nutritional deficiency!

I truly believe that beautiful skin starts from within, and that a well-balanced diet can do wonders for your skin!

What works for me, may not always work for you (my normal skin is balanced, clear and not sensitive) but below is my current skin care routine!

It is super simple:

Morning:

  1. Rinse face with water
  2. Apply Witch Hazel Toner with cotton ball
  3. Apply coconut oil to dry face.

Bed-time:

  1. Rinse face with water
  2. Use pH balancing cleanser
  3. Apply Witch Hazel Toner with cotton ball
  4. Apply coconut oil to dry face.

Weekly: I do face masks 1-3 times per week, alternating raw honey face masks / rose water clay masks!
