You can talk to one person and they’ll tell you coffee has extremely great health benefits or you can talk to another person and it’s an extremely harmful substance.
Personally, I love coffee and I believe it can be very beneficial for healthy individuals. It’s high in antioxidants and stimulates your nervous system, which in turn can boost your metabolism and enhance brain function.
I think coffee becomes unhealthy when over-consumed and overloaded with sugar, artificial sweeteners and dairy.
I also think it could be a problem when you rely on your coffee to get you going, as there might be underlying issues you need to address.
I don’t need a coffee everyday, but there’s some mornings where it is just perfect!
I don’t have a signature way I like it; some mornings black, sometimes with almond milk, sometimes with just cinnamon, raw cacao or coconut oil.
