Intermittent fasting made simple

I get a lot of questions about intermittent fasting, and I feel like a lot of people over complicate it.

Personally, I just have my first meal when I start to notice hunger cues. I continue to have meals when I feel hungry.

Some days my fasting window will be shorter than others.

Some days I will sleep more than others.

Some days I will eat more than others.

Some days I workout at a different time and some days are more intense than others.

I donโ€™t believe there should be a set schedule or a specific amount of calories you need to eat everyday.

For me, the whole goal is to be more aware of the signals my body is giving me and become more in tune with myself.

Learning to communicate and listen to your body can be one of the most effective tools for your health and happiness.
