Fibre not only keeps things running smoothly, keeps you feeling satiated – but it also helps lower excess estrogen levels!

Estrogen dominance is super common these days and elevated levels of estrogen doesn’t only affect women.

If you are a male or female with symptoms like decreased sex drive, loss of muscle mass, enlarged breasts or increased abdominal – I would suggest looking into your fibre intake.

Eating more fibre can help keep excreted estrogen by-products from being reabsorbed back into the blood stream.

My favourite sources are legumes, gluten-free grains, berries and all sorts of vegetables!
