This morning my smoothie consisted of 1 scoop @genuine health greens + powder, 1 scoop vegan protein, 1/2 an avocado, 1 tbsp nut & seed butter, 2 tbsp raw cacao, 1 tbsp chia seeds, spinach and almond milk.

This is a great smoothie recipe for anyone, especially someone suffering from Hypothyroidism. Not only is this recipe void of gluten and dairy (common food intolerances for those with thyroid disease) but it is rich in iodine and selenium – key minerals needed in the function of a healthy thyroid.
