I don’t count calories or macros. I don’t meal prep. I enjoy red wine and I will always say yes to extra guac.
I don’t stress about missing a workout (I actually take a less is more approach).
I am mindful of my thoughts. I have a healthy relationship with food and a healthy relationship with my body.
I’ve figured out what works for me and I’ve found my balance.
